Con motivo de la inauguración del Restaurante “NUMBER 9”, en Bangkok, tuve la suerte de poder grabar este programa en sus instalaciones. Desde aquí quiero dar las gracias a sus propietarios, Paco Hidalgo y Chonthicha Takunwanpakdee. Felicitar también a Sab, una Chef que dedica horas y horas a testar nuevos platos. No quiero obviar las sonrisas más bonitas de Bangkok, la de los hijos e hijas de Chonthicha, Yua, Kong, Nong Pay y Namooo. Lo dicho, un restaurante donde, menú aparte, lo mejor es la sonrisa del personal.
